What makes my jewelry returnable?
You may return your jewelry within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The original packaging, including all tags and labels, must be undamaged.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice, must be provided.
Item(s) you cannot return:
- Personalized jewelry (like engraving)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale/clearance items
To start a return, do this:
- Email us team@hermindjwlry.com within 14 days of getting your jewelry.
- Pack the item securely in the original box to avoid damage during shipping.
- Send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Remember, you pay for return shipping
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange it for another item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
For the exchange, the item(s) should retain all its tags and packaging and remain in its original condition.
Refunds:
When you return something, we deduct extra costs, like shipping, from the total amount. Despite offering free shipping when you make a purchase, it’s important to note that the refund won’t include the initial shipping costs.
Address issues
We are not liable if you enter the wrong address on your order and it does not arrive. The system automatically uses the exact details entered on your order at checkout.
Therefore, we will not be responsible of refunding the cost of your order once it has been shipped to the wrong address.
Returned items with damaged packaging
We do not offer refunds for items returned with damaged packaging. If an item is returned with damaged packaging, we can send it back to you upon request. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have agreed to place your order, cancellations are not possible. However, you can use our return policy after receiving your order.
